Frequently Asked Questions

Who is nutritional coaching for?

Nutritional coaching is for anyone ready to make sustainable improvements to their eating habits, energy levels, and overall well-being. Whether you are starting from scratch, looking to fine-tune existing habits, or working toward a specific health milestone, you are welcome here. Coaching provides the accountability you need to stay on track while relieving the pressure often felt when navigating wellness goals alone

How is this different from seeing a dietitian or nutritionist?

Registered dietitians and licensed nutritionists provide medical nutrition therapy for specific conditions that require specialist support, where as nutritional coaching focuses more on habit change, helping you reach your goals, nutrition education, and behavioural support. If you need clinical treatment and/or have a specific health condition that requires a specific meal plan to be created for you, this will not be suitable. We do however support conditions such as Type II Diabetes & high cholesterol. If you are unsure if this service is suitable for you, you are more than welcome to get in touch & we can advise you appropriately within our scope of practice.

What does a typical coaching session look like & how often do I get your support?

Each session is personalised to you and done virtually via video calls, which can be viewed on demand. We will have weekly check-ins, where we will review your progress, explore any challenges, and set clear, manageable goals for the week ahead. You will also be able to message us during the week with any questions you find as you go along each day!

Do you offer meal plans?

Whilst a meal plan is provided, this is not rigid and is easily interchangeable to suit your week and taste-buds! This service is not about telling you what to eat, instead we educate you to make better choices, understand the macros set for you and your goals and building a positive relationship with food. Our meal plans can be followed or you can adapt it via our app.

Is there an initial assessment before I sign up?

Yes, before you get started with coaching we need to make sure that you are a suitable match! We would genuinely love to help everyone, but your health is our top priority and we will never provide coaching to those who fall outside of our remit. The application/consultation form can be found by following the ‘Apply for Coaching’ link at the bottom of the screen. If you’re a great match for us, we will guide you through the next steps so that we can understand your background, goals, and lifestyle!

How long before I see results? Do you guarantee results?

It all depends on your goals and your consistency. Many clients begin to feel more in control and energised within just a few weeks, but sustainable change takes time - some goals may take 8 weeks, others a year or more. We focus on progress, not perfection. While we can’t promise specific outcomes (because real change depends on your own effort and commitment), we can promise to provide you with evidence-based guidance, accountability checks & support, and our full commitment.

How much are coaching services with you?

We offer various packages for different lengths of time, therefore rates vary depending on the plan, so please check out our ‘Pricing’ page for more info!

Do you offer anything else outside of coaching?

We offer digital guides, which are comprehensive, evidence-based and factual digital booklets created by us. They can be purchased via our website and are available for download straight away! These are perfect if you want on-demand support for a specific health goal.

We also offer one of personalised sessions without the commitment to coaching (charged by the time required). These are great if you are a previous client continuing the journey alone and just want some accountability checks, or even non-clients who just require some guidance on a specific topic.
