Candice Wellness – Nutritional Coaching

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and products provided by Candice Wellness. By using this website, purchasing services, or engaging in coaching, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Candice Wellness provides online-only nutritional coaching and educational services, including:

  • 1:1 personalised nutritional coaching

  • Partner or group coaching programmes

  • Digital products such as guides and downloadable resources

All coaching services are delivered online via the Everfit app (where applicable), with additional communication via social media platforms where required. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have access to the app and a stable internet connection.

All coaching services and digital products are developed and delivered in line with UK health, nutrition, and government guidelines.

2. UK-Based Guidance & International Clients

All coaching and digital content provided by Candice Wellness is based on current UK health, nutrition, and government guidance.

If you are purchasing or accessing services from outside the United Kingdom, you acknowledge that:

  • Health, nutrition, and regulatory guidelines may differ in your country

  • It is your responsibility to consider and apply the information provided in line with your local regulations and guidance

Candice Wellness accepts no responsibility for any conflicts between UK-based guidance and regulations applicable in other countries.

3. Not Medical Advice

Candice Wellness is not a medical service.

All coaching and information provided is for educational and informational purposes only and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should consult your GP or a qualified healthcare professional before making dietary or lifestyle changes, particularly if you:

  • Have a medical condition

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Are taking medication

  • Require a specific diet

  • Have been diagnosed with an eating disorder, medical illness, or any other health condition or disease

Candice Wellness does not diagnose, treat, or cure disease.
If you require a specific diet, Candice Wellness will not be able to provide personalised services. It is at your own discretion and responsibility if you choose to purchase a digital guide containing generalised nutritional advice.

4. Client Responsibility & Results Disclaimer

By engaging in coaching services or purchasing digital products from Candice Wellness, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Nutritional coaching is a collaborative process, and results depend on multiple factors including consistency, effort, and adherence to guidance provided

  • Candice Wellness cannot and does not guarantee specific results or outcomes, including but not limited to weight loss, body composition changes, or health improvements

  • Progress and results will only be achieved where the client actively participates, follows guidance, and applies recommendations consistently

You acknowledge that:

  • Failure to achieve personal goals does not constitute grounds for a refund, either in full or in part

  • No refunds will be provided on the basis that expected or desired results were not achieved

By purchasing coaching services, you accept that this is a two-way commitment, requiring effort, honesty, and engagement from the client in order to see results.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 General Payment: Payment is required in full and in advance for all digital guides, booklets, and coaching services.

5.2 Coaching Balances: Following the payment of a deposit, the remaining balance for the initial month and commitment term is payable one (1) week (7 days) prior to the scheduled coaching start date.

5.3 Ongoing Monthly Payments: For multi-month programmes, subsequent monthly fees must be paid in full in advance of the following coaching month.

5.4 Failure to Pay: Failure to settle the balance by the due date will result in:

  • Immediate cessation of coaching services.

  • Removal of access to the app and all proprietary coaching materials.

  • Forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit.

5.5 Group Coaching: Group coaching rates include a discount applied per person, which fluctuates based on the total number of confirmed participants.

  • Withdrawal Liability: If a member of a group fails to participate or settles their balance, the remaining group members are liable for the adjusted balance based on the new (smaller) group size.

5.6 Vouchers and Discounts: Discount codes, promotional offers, or gift vouchers hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for monetary forms or refunds. They must be redeemed solely for the service intended.

6. Deposits for Advance Bookings

6.1 Booking Deposit: To secure a coaching start date, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking.

6.2 Non-Refundability: This deposit covers administrative setup and the reservation of your space in the coaching calendar. It is non-refundable under all circumstances, including a change of mind or failure to start the programme.

6.3 Balance Integration: The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of the first month’s coaching, with the remaining balance due as per Section 5.2.

7. Cancellation Policy (Client)

  • Cancellations made within two (2) weeks of the coaching start date will be charged at 100% of the total fee, with no refunds

  • Once a coaching programme has commenced, no refunds or partial refunds will be provided for unused time, missed sessions, or early termination

This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for services booked for a specific date or period.

8. Rescheduling Policy (Client)

Candice Wellness allows one (1) reschedule per coaching package, subject to the following conditions:

  • A minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice is required

  • Rescheduling applies to the entire package only, not individual sessions, where the commitment exceeds one month

Examples:

  • A 1-month coaching package may be rescheduled once to a later start date

  • A 3-month coaching package may be rescheduled once as a full 3-month block

  • A 3-month package cannot be split into separate months at different times

Additional reschedule requests will not be accommodated.

9. Coach Cancellation & Rescheduling

Candice Wellness reserves the right to reschedule or cancel coaching services where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Where Candice Wellness needs to reschedule or cancel:

  • Reasonable notice will be provided wherever possible

  • Coaching sessions or programme start dates will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed later date

  • No refunds will be issued where services are rescheduled rather than cancelled

If Candice Wellness is unable to continue providing coaching services for an extended period, clients may be offered, at Candice Wellness’ discretion:

  • A rescheduled start date, or

  • A credit towards future coaching services, or

  • A refund

Candice Wellness will not be liable for any indirect losses, expenses, or inconvenience arising from such cancellations or rescheduling.

10. Missed Sessions

  • Missed coaching sessions are non-refundable

  • Sessions missed due to client unavailability will not be rescheduled unless otherwise agreed in writing

11. Digital Products & Downloads

All digital products, including guides, PDFs, and downloadable resources:

  • Are non-refundable

  • Are delivered immediately upon purchase

  • Are exempt from a cooling-off period

Once digital products have been delivered, Candice Wellness accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, misuse, or consequences arising from their use.

By purchasing digital products, you consent to immediate delivery and waive your right to cancel.

12. Discounts, Promotions & Offers

  • Discount codes, promotions, or special offers provided via email, the website, social media, or word of mouth are offered at the sole discretion of Candice Wellness

  • Promotions may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice

  • Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively

13. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content provided by Candice Wellness, including:

  • Coaching materials

  • Digital guides

  • Website content

  • Branding and logos

  • Blog content

is the intellectual property of Candice Wellness and protected under UK copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, amend, share, resell, or distribute any materials without written permission.

14. Termination of Services

Candice Wellness reserves the right to terminate services immediately if:

  • These Terms & Conditions are breached

  • Payment obligations are not met

  • There is inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behaviour

No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

  • Candice Wellness is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in coaching or use of digital products

  • You accept full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on the information provided

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law.

16. Privacy & Confidentiality

Personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Candice Wellness Privacy Policy.

Information shared during coaching is treated confidentially unless disclosure is required by law.

17. Changes to These Terms

Candice Wellness may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on the website at the time of purchase will apply.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
