Daily messaging & weekend accountability tips, including nutritional guidance for social events & eating out.
Personalised calories & macros, altered throughout your journey with meal plan examples and a flexible nutrition approach.
Guidance on movement targets for your goals and step goal (we do not offer specific gym/exercise plans).

For the price of a daily coffee, a meal deal, and a round of drinks on the weekend, you can join our exclusive coaching community. Our goal is to coach you so effectively over these 12 weeks that you’ll have the knowledge and confidence to continue your journey alone for years to come.
Pricing £235/month
(This works out £7.58 a day to have us by your side each day, understand your cycle, meet your goals & have a lifetime of knowledge!)Once the 12 weeks commitment is up, you are welcome to carry on with this package on a monthly basis, have one off accountability checks through our Wellness Boost Package, or continue your journey alone!
